Looking for a 3.54 rear diff.

look for an SVX in a yard. They are 3.54 VLSD with the exterior stubs, just like the legacy.

Just want to clarify here. Do you mean stubs that are part of the driveshaft like newer Legacy's or stubs that are part of the differential like the older Legacy's.

SVX rear diffs have the stub as part of the axle, and the right side stub is a little longer than the left side stub.

Well, I am putting a WRX drivetrain into a '92 Legacy SS. If I were to get an SVX LSD, would I just use the stock axles?
