I see '94 rims so I'm thinking Crimson Red Pearl if it is a '94.

If it is a '92 then the color may be Ruby Red (different name for a very similar color).

The color code is on the D/S strut tower spec plate as stated above.

yeah ima have to go with crimson pearl (code 309). Like earlier stated though, that is a 94 specific colour so if your car isn't a 94 its prolly something else.

Is Crimson Pearl a real color name? I thought the only reds we had were Ruby Mica, Winestone and Rio Red.

it is a 94.

that sucks if its a year specific color, cause then its going to be hard to find a fender to swap on since i don't want to paint a new one.

i'll have to check the strut tower for the badge

Damn. It looks like Mica Ruby, but my parts book says there was no Mica Ruby in 94.

What does the plate underneath your hood on your strut tower say? That will have the color code number on it. I can reference that back to its color name.

Or just PM me your VIN.

the color code under the hood is 309

so, does that make it crimson pearl

Yes. 309 is Crimson Pearl.

Wow. Didn't know it looked THAT close to Mica Ruby.

The car looks pretty good, the door looks like it was not damaged so this should be a super easy fix.

so, can anyone tell me how rare this color is?

I have the same color, year & tranny LSS as you.
I think Crimson Red Pearl was a '94 only color so it cant be too common, but it looks just like Ruby Red Mica (at least when the colors are not next to each other).

yep. if you found one, that would be awesome

if i don't find one soon, i think im going to see if i can just get the fender bent back out into the correct shape by a body shop. theres one that my dad uses alot with his business, so i know they do good work, and they probably would only charge $50 or so...

you could also do what i just did,
just buy a different 92-94 subaru fender from the junk yard for like 40, or heist it :-D
then have you're shop guys paint-match it.
