Where do you get it?

The grocery store (our local FL grocery store is Publix). I paid $6.69 for a six-pack.

It's not anything particularly fancy or exotic, it's just a good Japanese beer that, to me, is smoother than Bud or Miller. If I drink those beers, I usually salt them to take the bitterness out. This one I don't have to.

You salt budweiser? never heard of that, I'll give a shot. Having an Alaskan amber right now, yum.

Most people look at me like I have three heads when I do that. But my grandfather taught me that. And it works too.

Now I don't do this if it's a higher-end or specialty beer, because I usually find that it's not necessary. But I don't always drink that type of beer, and a Miller Lite usually suffices... as long as I salt it.

Not an IPA fan then? I only like bitter stuff occasionally myself. When I can drink - my ^%$&^% damn %$^#$&*&# ulcer won't let me %$^&%&* drink much of any ^&%& thing at *&^%$ all. Makes it hard to get that authentic writing experience.

Drinking Sam winter at the moment but my favorite is Samuel Smith's Nut brown ale. This is by far the most delicious beer I've ever tasted. note, the word "delicious" had never been associated with beer prior to tasting sam smith's lol

And I thought I had it bad. Now I guess we all know why you're so bitter.

Sorry, man. My sincerest sympathy.

...so where do you draw you're creative inspiration from?

Ulcer, shmuler, I have a freaking wacked allergy now to wheat (try to eat shit without wheat in it), and sulfites. I have had two massive allergy attacks in the past 4 days where I turn red, start to swell up and my whole flipping body starts itching. This last attack was particulary bad because it took awhile to find a convenience store with Benedryll (antihistamine).

But I can still drink beer!

Sorry to hear Steve. What are you doing to remedy it?

I only drink when I can feel it won't make me sick. Still restricts me to a few drinks at most, but that's fine as I don't like to get drunk.
