I was just reading my service manual for my 91 legacy Turbo and was looking at the engine book and saw a page devoted to the Roll over valve, lol Subaru made a roll over valve on my car. "The roll Over Valve is for prevention of fuel leakage in the event of the vehicle rolling over." AHahahahaha go Subaru for making sure that if my vehicle rolls over, there will be no oil leaking from my engine:)

its not for oil leakage itd for fuel leakage like you just quoted from the book. Its so your car doesn't leak fuel and burst into flames like you see on TV.

It's not for fuel leaking, it's to kill the motor in the event of a roll over.
