as a survival tactic you can drink your urine up to 7 times until it becomes toxic. now diarrhea I have no idea.

time for anatomy 101!
crap is all the things that your body cant use, it will do more harm than good
however with pee, if you have been drinking lots of water, it will probably be, really salty water, so its not so bad to drink it a few times, but youll keep getting less and less since you sweat off part of it, and like said, it wil become toxic with all the stuff your body is trying to flush out

yep. it's definitely bad guys. i just tried it. it tastes terrible.
but i think it might be a new breakthrough in weightloss.
you get rid of your ass milk via shitting. then once you swallow it the taste is so unbearable that you actually throw up quite a bit.
i think if i keep at this for the next few weeks, i'll be extremely skinny. it's like both forms of bulimia in one quick and simple step!!
