How do our cam/crank signals compare to an Impreza?

Specifically, a '99-'01 Impreza.
In trying to get my Autronic figured out, I found that it had an option for Subaru '98-'00 trigger setup.
I looked all through the Impreza FSM on PDF and couldn't find an explanation of the sensors like there is in my Legacy FSM.
Specifically, I'm wondering if the teeth on the crank sprocket are identically spaced (97/65/10 degrees BTDC) compared to ours.

I don't know why, but a 1st-gen Legacy crank sensor lists for like $300 something odd dollars, and the Impreza crank sensor lists for like $40 something. I don't get it. They look identical to me, although the part numbers are indeed different.
That's only between the Legacy and Impreza though. Dunno if this helps, but EVERY IMPREZA has the same crank sensor part #. 22053AA052. Doesn't matter if it's a 93 Impreza EJ18 or an 08 WRX EJ255.

I believe that the BC/BF sensors have the leads attached to them, while the later ones have connectors on the sensors. This might be part of the price disparity.
I plan on "upgrading" to the newer sensors for ease of service when my engine finally gets built.

So the teeth and everything are spaced the same?
Awesome.
Now I just need to get a tach adapter and some time to hook everything up.
I have an AEM UEGO wideband gauge/controller that has an output mode just for the Autronic, and an AEM Tru boost gauge/controller to babysit my snail.

I may be talking out of my butt.....but I thought I read something or heard that at least the crank sensor was different.
The cam sensor I believe has superceeded to the one where the wire connects to it.
The crank sensor still has the wire directly connected to the sensor.
I don't know....

For clarity, my comment above referred to the cam gear itself only and the teeth on it. I cannot speak to the differences in the sensors though I would guess that they are negligible. After all it's just a magnet on a wire...

I figured the sensors would be effectively the same, so I was mainly worried about the crank and cam sprockets.
Thank you Subaru for keeping things (relatively) simple.
