I cant seem to find th specs on the 94 legacy trans. Im looking for a replacement for my 95 Impreza.

I can find info on the 94 legacy NA trans, is the turbo different?

Is the rear diff on the turbo a LSD?

Ratios?
Input shaft?
Halfshafts?
Sensors?

Thanks

Ive found lots of info on the 91-92 Legacy Turbo, but is the 94 the same?

Crap it looks like the clutch is pull instead of push. What do I need to swap for that?

91-94 Legacy Turbo trannies are the same...

Do a more involved search, you will find your answers...

Specifically, look for Legacy777's tranny swap thread.

You'll want a trans from something NA. You don't want to have to switch your pedals and everything to set up for a hydraulic clutch.

Oh and only the 91s possibly had an lsd unless it was swaped in afterwards as many here have done.

Oh and FYI if you switch to a hydraulic setup you should be able to use WRX clutches and flywheels...

Yeah ill look today, if my car already has the holes for the hydraulic clutch, then it looks like Ill be swapping to that.

Where are the holes exactly?

To the left of the brake booster.

It's hard to get a good look with the AWIC in the way, but i think I can see any odd shaped plastic plug to the left of the brake booster.

I guess thats my next question, does the AWIC get in the way?

That's for the rear...

Separate from the transaxle
