I made that lip myself. Its just garden edging frome Home Depot

They look like thet BD series LGT side skirts. I have a set to put on my car since I have extras from repairing the wife's '98 LGT.

Yup, those definitely look like BD series sideskirts. I doubt they are from an Impreza, but possible.
