Steel Lug Nuts on Alloy Wheels

Just picked up a set of 14" alloys from a 95 Legacy wagon (5-spoke design) to replace the 14" steel wheels on my 91 Legacy L wagon.
Do I need to find/order "alloy" wheel nuts or can I use the same lug nuts from the steel ones? I remember with other cars having a special alloy wheel nut that had a captive washer in place of the tapered seat.
Also, anybody know what the part number for the center caps might be?
Thanks!

no. I've been using the stock open lugs on alloys for like 4 years.
I would like to get some nice fancy ones though.

The fancy lug nuts are also steel they are just chrome plated. you can get a set at any tire shop for around 20 bucks unless you want locks then they're a little more expensive.
They are 12mm by 1.25 thread

I believe the only reason to use the acorn-style lug nuts with alloys is to protect the lug studs from the elements, because alloys don't have hubcaps covering them. If that's not an issue for you (like if you live somewhere where the weather is almost always dry), then the open lug nuts should be fine.

All -
Many thanks - I'll go ahead and just use the dull steel lug nuts. I need center caps for these alloys anyway, so when I find a set of those, no one will know.
Appreciate the help - now I can get these on sooner!

e-bay maybe. I have some wrx center caps but I don't think they'll fit or match.
