It turns out I have two of the under dash trim panels. The grey one does not have the pop out tray but I have a light brown one that does. $20 shipped for the grey one and $25 shipped for the light brown one. I also found a storage compartment thing that goes under the radio and has the pop-up door if anyone needs it. I will update my post above for these items.

Hmmm...let me think about that storage compartment. I got to figure out what I am going to replace my headunit with. Either a WRX unit or a new aftermarket...thanks for the info.
