my cooling fan run all the time

my cooling fan run all the time without stopping with signal of red check engine, i connect the tow green Male & female connectors of ECU, and turn of & on engine my problem solved, guys plz what happen? note that the weather here -8

You are most likely in limp mode...due to a bad coolant temp sensor...

Use the black connectors, not the green ones to pull the ECU Codes.

u can see other problem on front light beam when i shift it to high its turn off in normal postion its ok,

i think i Europe modle there is not balck conncotrs just green.i search it & cant find it dude

They should be there if it's OBD1, which if it's a 92, it is OBD1

guys i replaced the coolant temp sensor and reset the ecu. its ok till appear another problem when i reach to 70-80 Km/H & over speed my fan still worgin without regular disconncect. also i stoped my car and turn of& on my car same problem still hanging. gosh what i do

I verified that the speed sensor wasn't working because the speedometer isn't working, which probably expalins the fans and codes, etc.
