FMIC - intake question

You Guys with FMICs. What kind of intake setup are you using? My charge pipes will sit where the stock intake goes, so I'll need to fab up a new intake setup. Pics/Links would be appreciated.

Im assuming I'll just go with a good cone filter and just find a spot to stick it. I'm looking to see if any of you came up with some sweet setups.

(BTW, this is part of a major EJ22t/drivetrain swap into a '97 impreza coupe. I know its blasphemy, but the girl that owned it before me liked to run it though fences and smash into stuff, so the body is smoked and rotted. I was gonna do fenders and doors -which i have if anyone needs some, lol- but the rockers and rear were so far gone, its no hope. I want the drivetrain to live on. when Im done pirating parts, I'll have a lot of interior stuff, and turbo hood, etc that will be up for grabs.)

Hey Andrew, what FMIC setup are you using? WRX or GC8?

I ran mine right under the stock intake pipe & I used the stock airbox with no problems.
I used a GC8 FMIC kit on the SS, so if you got this kit it should fit even better as you'll be using it on a IMPREZA (though you may need a cone filter for that car as it may use the hole the airbox feeds from to route the IC tubing out into the fenderwell).

I'm too dumb to post pics here, but can email them if anyone needs them.
