89 BMW 325i Automatic Black for sale in Georgia.

The story.
I picked this up as a prospective DD for my wife. She got impatient with me and bought a Volvo. Soo I planned to make a autoX car out of it but am tied up on a prior project. I am asking a firm $600 for it and will only entertain parties with a serious interest. Please also note that though I have had considerable experience with both domestic and japanese cars Ive dealt very little with this car and I am NOT a mechanic. I endeavor to treat all people as I would like to be treated and will not screw you over or lie to make you buy something from me. I have done my best to list this as honestly as I can so feel free to ask me any questions and of course I can supply more pics if needed.
History.
I dont know much about the prior use and abuse, I do know that it had a home brew stereo install and that the electrical components on these cars are a bit quirky. So please keep that in mind.
The good.
When I drove it home I was amazed! That was my first experience with a E30 and I loved it. It drives straight and true, the suspension handles very well. The body is in reasonable shape and will require little to put it in factory trim. It may have had the front lip and side skirts as is evident by the clips still attached at various points. The engine pulls hard and strong and the tranny upshifts smoothly. The tires are nearly new with plenty of tread. I fixed the common e-brake light always on issue. I put in new spark plugs. I replaced and embedded new brake pads. Replaced the leaking valve cover gasket. Had it connected to a BMW diagnostics machine (my wifes uncle is a bimmer mechanic) and it only threw a code for the exhaust. The title is CLEAR.
The bad.
Stock leather interior was shot. It has a temp vinyl one in place for now. I do have an OE tan leather rear seat back and bench that will go with the car which includes the headrests. No gauge cluster lights, no odometer, fuel econo gauge is wonkie.....this may all be due to a white ground wire that was pulled out. Sun roof occasionally sticks open, might be a bad switch. Drivers side pass door is a bit sticky. This could be due to a rear impact which is evident by the overall condition. The rear bumper cover is missing on the left corner and there are a series of dents on the same corner which look to be a simple repair as they are large enough to suction out without any creasing that I noticed. Paint on trunk lid and roof is a bit faded. Missing the amber cover over the front pass side signal. The engine runs strong but is in need of a valve adjustment in short order. I have a new valve cover gasket to go on but dont have the time to do the work. The car shifts up very smoothly but when shifting down into first it seems a bit rough. By rough I mean that it hits a little harder than the other gears and you actually feel the down shift. The exhaust is rusted badly at several points and as a result it will not pass emissions. Factory replacement is about $1700 new, I had a guy offer to fab up a high flow single pipe for about $350. The brake booster is shot, near as I can tell. The car currently brakes with NO power assist at all and is a bit tricky to drive as you have to be heavy footed and pump a lot coming off the freeway. Ive been told that these cars have problems with the fluid rotting the diaphragm but Ive not pulled it to verify this. Youll need a new battery. There is a small piece of hose that attaches the hard fuel line to a cannister (filter?) situated on the left side along the rocker panel near the pass door, this is about 3" long and is cracked but easily replaced. As it is right now its too dangerous to drive since the fuel puddles up under idle pressure.
