So I just checked what I need for graduation requirements... I'm a Junior in high school... And I attend Clark Community College as a Running Start Student ( I can take college classes while in HS)
And I need a whoping 5.5 HS credits... That equals 28 College credits
(1 HS Credit = 5 College Credits)
Thats only five 5-credit classes...and a 3 credit class...
Right now I'm enrolled in 3 5-Credit classes and 1 3-Credit Class...
So i only need 2 more 5 credit classes to graduate this year!! All before my 17th Birthday...
WHOOP WHOOP!!!
I just thought that was kinda cool!
But I'm not going to because if i do I lose my last year of free college classes... but in a pinch I could... very cool IMO

Yeah...it's not too fun....I seemed to have more of those semesters then I wanted. I remember though, my senior year, I got screwed by a prof who gave me a D in a class for my major, and I had to take it over again. That was a 21 credit semester. It's not like I didn't know the material, I got an A- from a different prof.

I'm only taking 13 credits this term... but I get anywhere from 20-30 hours of programming in the form of labs on a weekly basis.

I graduated in 2005 as a junior. I took 7 classes each semester before that though. And still had to pick up some credits through the local community college for a summer.

lol... i dunno about badass... maybe book nerd! lol jk... I dont really fit that either... huh
It seems like everybody knows about it... they just dont
feel like doing it... Even though, with the potential income after college, plus the saved tuition... You end up saving about $100k...

No... University of WA...
15k per year... I am saving a totall of $30k on tuition and room/ board...
Then the usual cost of living... Say $10k... So there is 40k
Then the money that you end up getting before all of your friends the same age due to needing two less years of school...
If you get even a lower-paying job at 30k per year... You get an extra 60k right there...
So there ya go... 100k that you are ahead of everybody else your age who didnt do Running Start.
Make sense?
