Gear Ratios are as follows:
1st 3.454
2nd 2.062
3rd 1.448
4th 1.008
5th 0.825
4.111
Came from a front cut I recently bought. Came from a 220ps wagon, but it's the same exact ratios as a v1 or v2 STi sedan. 80K miles without all the trashing of an STi driver.
Includes slave cylinder, clutch and pressure plate, throwout arm and shifter assembly. You will need to find your own 4.11 rear diff if you don't already have one.
$750 plus actual palletized freight. If it goes to a business with a forklift, expect it to be around $150. If it goes to your home, there's an extra $80 in charges that get tacked on by the freight company.

Makes me wish I needed it. 130k and mine is running pretty good. This should be saved for someone making more power than me though

Why? I was tempted to put it into my 1.8l Impreza L. Gearing is so often overlooked as a means to quicker acceleration. I would love to see one of these trannies in an SS...
It's actually something we use as a selling technique in my business. If I regear your Porsche trans for you, it will give you the same gains in acceleration as 50chp. The upside is that my rebuilt tranny costs you 3000-6000. Getting equivalent gains out of your engine is going to cost you $10k, easily...

That is a good point, but right now I'm cutting weight for both acceleration and fuel consumption, so lower gearing is serving only half of that equation.
Would be a nice boost in acceleration, I agree, and a 1.8 L would feel much spicier.

Bump for a few more days before I offer it up on NASIOC. I've also got an STi one with identical ratios coming next week. It's gonna be a couple hundred more for that one...

Ouch! My preferred carrier won't do anything less than a 2 Day shipment to you. $475!!! $125 of that is the fuel surcharge.
If you want to see if you have a carrier you can use that is less, it would be coming from 80303...

Unfortunatly, there is no better way. This dream will have to wait untill my relocation for realization. My rule was going to be no more than 1000 bucks. Plus I'd have to snag that diff from blackbart. thanks for trying though.
