A bit of benchmarking here

Throwing my Leggy on the dyno for some numbers in about a months time or so. I have a 1990 BF-5 GT wagon 5MT, 100% JDM. EJ20G with stock grey tops and stock ECU. AWIC is bone stock too. Fitted with a VF-8 running between 13-14psi from 2nd to 5th gear. 11psi in 1st. Has a 3" downpipe and is fully catless, nothing else has been done to the engine. The only other thing on the car that isn't factory is the gearbox, which came from a V2 STi.

A rather pointless question to ask since nobody can really give an accurate answer, but what rough ball park figure I should be expecting to get at the wheels? Only a rough ballpark figure. I'm reckoning between 150-160 ATW. Torque figures are up in the air.

Should be around 230 for chp...so take that multiplied by 25% and you will have your drivetrain loss...

Which comes out to

~173 whp is my guess

So 170 at the wheels is what I should be looking at.

If I do get on the dyno before I do leave town I'll a pic of the dyno sheet up.

Don't bother waiting. I went there to have a look at the place and it's just shit.

The rollers aren't even ready to go yet, the workshop is cluttered, dark and messy. I don't even feel happy putting any of my cars there at all now.

Bumping even though it's over a month old.

I've got my VF-10 outside with the compressor housing off. Now I've had an idea here with the VF-8 and the VF-10. Do the two have the same sized compressor housings? I have this idea of pulling the 8 out now and putting the compressor housing on the 10. Or would I have to do the compressor blades too?
