WTT- '96 Legacy Outback 5mt for your SS

Just looking to see if anyone would be interested in trading their SS or TW for my '96 Legacy Outback wagon.

It has 173k on it. It's an EJ22 has a 5mt, factory 5 disc CD, tape FM/AM, factory fogs etc... This is the year without the hood scoop. Engine runs strong. Body has a couple dents, a little rust by both rear wheels but none on the front fenders. Everything on it works except the rear wiper (just needs new motor) and the cruise doesn't work (didn't work when I bought it and I never trouble shot it so I don't know what's wrong with it). It's blue and grey two tone. Interior is in good shape but it could use a detailing. It has the rear cargo mat and curtain thing to hide whats back there. Blue book is $3,555 for fair condition and $4,165 for good condition. I personally think it falls somewhere between fair and good so, it's probably worth around $3,750.

I really want a '92 SS 5mt but would entertain all offers. Keep in mind what your car is worth, I won't trade for a SS or TW that's in really bad shape and clearly worth less then 2k or anything like that, unless we're talking a trade plus cash or something like that.

Couple things I forgot. The front bumper paint has some brush rash and is peeling. The passenger side fog lamp had a small crack in it that was epoxied. If you look at the third pic above you can see the two dents on the car. One is on the top of the rear hatch and the other is in the passenger side rear quarter panel. Both could probably be pulled out easy, I just never bothered.

Depending what wheels are on any possible trade I might be willing to throw in a second set of SS wheels with 4 studded Good Year Ultra Grips on them that are almost brand new and a set of GT 16" wheels with General Exclaim HP tires that are also like new (number on rated tire in their class on Tire Rack).

I forgot, car has a new factory clutch and PP in it, replaced about 1k miles ago. Also just had a full tune up and all new fluids about 600 miles ago.

C'mon... No one wants to help out a senior BBS member??? Don't make us create a Frankenmotor and turbo the wagon. :(
