Looking at these headunits

Hey saw these on ebay. Just wondering if any of you think it is a good idea to try it out? For the price it isn't bad. I might go for the model with bluetooth. I better ask for the dimensions though. How difficult do you think it will be to wire it up? Even has a tv tuner thats sick!!
