I was just wondering if this kit would fit my 94 ss 2.2 without any major butchering, or what kits/ turbo/ intercooler setup should I look for to make this install painless as possible

linky?
After going the full route of intercoolers, the 06-on WRX/foresterintercooler is by far the best size and location mounting for our cars.
Unless you go FMIC.
Read up in the intercooling sections.

you ready to drop a grand on that?
your best bet for intercoolers is the 06/07 wrx TMIC

I'm not sure about that turbo. Maybe others have heard of that company, but it's definitely not one that stands out as a well-known one to me.
You can find a nice, used TD05 16G for ~$300. And an e-bay intercooler piping kit can be had for $250.
So basically they're asking you to pay an extra $450 that you don't need to spend. Just my opinion...

That's not the -16G you want, either, it has a straight inlet, which is a giant PITA on our cars... You need the older one with the 90-deg. inlet elbow for creamy bolt-in goodness.
Besides, anyone who's trying to sell "Bolt-on 400 WHP" is either fulla shit, or just doesn't know WTF they're talking about.

I appreciate the info I didnt think that was such a good deal. Nor did I know the quality of the manufacturer, what should I look for in a td05 or td04 turbo/ intercooler/ pipng kit?

That turbo looks like a Chinese knock-off. If it were $200 I would throw it on my car and give it a try, but it costs almost as much as a real 16g from someone like Deadbolt or FP. I got my intercooler from ETDMotors and they were quick to ship it and pretty reputable. There was a bit of hassle about 1 issues I had, but it seems to be worked out.

+1 with trying it out if it was CHEAP.
My friends had problems with chinese/ebay t3/t4's smoking after a month or 2 of use & stopped buying them, I have a feeling these will have similar problems.
The TD05 on my OBS-T is 16 years old (off a '92 GVR4) & is still boosting with no problems.
