I'm not sure what the fogs are... But I'll check....
They arent that good. they are a lighting improvement... but not that much.
Well... I was going back today but they are still doing the wheel bearings... so no go...
HOWEVER I did get my grill painted!
I'll post some pics of that.

How much did wheel bearings set you back?

Gulp... $300
Not to bad... just at a bad time!
Its so cheap because of my employee discount.

Ive got the same fogs that came on mine when I bought it. I think there apc or pilot. Theyre ok, they put out a decent light if you aim them off to the sides a bit. Id rather have a good set of Pilot halogens.
Ok so if I want to look at a muddy subie I go out into my driveway.....what about the pics of this super secret rallyx practice spot? Must say Im a bit disappointed you did not include a few after such a teaser of a title.

Ok... I'll get them tomorrow... I forgot my camera today.
I went back today and blasted around some more...
Any tips for getting the tail out more on corners for more of a drift?
It wants to push like a mofo and makes it harder to come out of the corner properly due to the required angle of the front wheels to make it through.
It was drier today so it did get a little dirtier... but not so much as to deserve more pictures... So instead I washed it and installed a new JDM grill.. I do need to take pics of that BUT it was too dark.

Try pulling your e-brake a little (just enough to lock up the back wheels). That's what I would do.
Although, I'm not sure if that's 'proper rally-x' technique or not.

You don't use the ebrake in rallyx...it totally screws stuff up...
Subies and rallyx are all about teh throttle steer

Andy mentioned a limited slip would help?
I'm afraid of screwing something up by e-braking.
I tried flooring it get it to go through the corner but that just made the car want to go straight.
I'm going to try some more tomorrow...

Well...you see...flooring it isn't throttle steering...
It helps to scandinavian flick the car for really tight stuff...

I shall try the scandinavian flick this afternoon!

+ 1 on the throttle steer. You can also come in hot, brake late hard and fast (this will load up the front end), and turn in just as you feel the front nose down. Works well in FF cars anyway.
