The ones that go on the rear hatch. I need the one on the left that says "SUBARU" and the one on the right that says "TURBO AWD". Since I never had them to begin with, I'm not actually 100% sure that's what they say

But I'm sure you guys know what I mean.

Also, anyone have any suggestions on gluing these suckers on so that they will never, ever, come off again for any reason?

yea i de-badged my car for more sleeperness but that's what i would use.

and score the plastic underneath the badge when you put it on also

subarugenuineparts.com has both for around $30, just search under the OEM catalog. Plus they come with adhesive so they just fit right on! I got mine a couple of months ago:
