$350 Shipped anywhere in the States.
The actuator is included, but I have taken it off to fit in the box easier. The coolant lines are not included as I didn't get them when I bought this. You can probably use your stock coolant hard lines or I can go get you new OEM ones from the Subaru dealer here in Japan. Subarugenuineparts.com may also have them and they are normally 75% cheaper than JDM Subaru.

I believe Arctic Assassian is taking this turbo. I do have another for sale for a bit more as it has the coolant hard lines and cost me more to pick it up. PM replied to 92ss satinsvoice, also BTW 92ss satinsvoice you sent me 3 PMs with the exact same message.
