if you think about it. The head lights are better looking, but will blind on coming traffic and it will weight alot more due to glass construction. I prefer our oem stocker being much lighter weight. The fogs won't fit usdm bumpers and the tail light and center panel are identical to ours with the exception of the RS badge, but i am pretty sure I can order from a dealer for $25-30 including shipping. just my $.02

I haven't had any problems with blinding people with my JDM headlights...I just aimed the left one inwards...
And the weight difference is nil, especially on a 3050lb car...
You might as well just go take a shit before you go driving, it will save the same amount of weight.

The fogs fit the 91 Legacy SS, just not the 92-94.
