Bought an '06 Intercooler today. Guy has his own shop with like an even dozen wrecked Foresters and Outbacks. I was like ooohh! Toyland! and they had THIS parked out front.

The other side had the trim on and looked better but the fence was in the way.

The guy said it belong to his technicion <sp?> who had a custom engine in it. he regularly took it to the track and beat up on Vettes and STIs. The tech wasnt there so I coudn't get further details.

I saw one on you tube with an STI engine. Rear wheel drive doing burnouts...Perhaps this is something similar?

Still not enough room eh? They carry a full spare tire in there you know.

Frame probably couldn't handly the torque AND it would be front heavy and handle like a pig.

I'd like to see an EA81 coupe with a 5-lug conversion and an EJ engine.

I remember that guy. He has shelves and shelves full of about every part imaginable. He just buys wrecked Subarus and builds em back up or parts em out all day long.

Did you get a chance to see his downdraft paintbooth? I want that guys job!
