WTB: 3" downpipe and kmh gauge cluster

as the title says.
my legacy is off the road for a while so its time to fix all my problems.
i need a 3" bell mouth down pipe, let me know what you have.
and i also need a Canadian gauge cluster with airbags. as close to 186200km as possible let me know thanks.
