but ended up in the south east division of Subaru of America instead! No I did not have any way of taking pics or Id have taken a ton, sorry guys.
Im in the commercial fire sprinkler trade and had an inspection today for a fairly large warehouse. I pulled up to the address and saw the good ole subie logo at the entrance. The employee parking lot was packed with subaru's from an '89 gl to an '08 sti in full trim, two mint condition svx's and a varied assortment of Legacy's from the mid to late '90's and so on. This was a training and parts center and boy did they have parts! But I get ahead of myself. Swag galore! every cubicle, every office, even the receptionist's desk all dedicated shrines to the glory of the subaru. Every where I looked I found evidence of our proud legacy as owners of these great cars. A stand up sporting the '90 legacy grill with a single headlight framing it. A wood framed document certifying the land speed record set by Colin MCrae, complete with signed photo. Even a panel of paint swatches featuring none other than the famous winestone. The warehouse, oh the warehouse. Floor to ceiling, left to right as far as the eye could see, box after box, bits and pieces and parts all labeled genuine Subaru. I found heaven and it was good. And then the warehouse manager sadly informed me of the fact that he did not have any spare t-leg parts laying about that he could drop off the truck for me but if I traveled to their center in New Jersey I may get lucky
. So it was a great day for me, sorry you could not be there with me.
