WRX Blus-94 SS, Stock ECu and rails?

Will wrx top feed blues (440CC) fit my 94 SS on stock ECU and rails, im running an 07 STI pump, You think it might?
The rails are different for top vs side feeds (hole the injector pushes into are different sizes) so this will not work.
JDM Greys 440cc or Yellows 480cc will work, USDM STi 565s can be put on the car too but will require something to trim fuel & you may need to use na rails to get them on.
