EDIT: What kind of wheels will work with the Legacy's cruise control? Is there a way to bypass/override the airbag warning light?

yup, should spline right on and the cruise paddle can be spliced in, just match the colors

I have a Version 5 STI impreza wheel for sale if that is the thing you are looking for. And at much less of a price.

Was going to put it on, but kept the stock steering wheel.

airbag = I don't know because I don't have an SRS system but I am pretty sure it is NOT a simple wire splice

If I could run a wheel without the airbag without tripping the light, it would be awesome. Anybody know how to override it?

Yes it has an airbag, but I might also have an STIwheel without one.

Looks like that one at the least, isn't a direct fit.

Bummer. Still waiting for input on the air bag override. Perhaps get rid of the sending unit below the center console? >_>
