Oh my god! that looked like a really nice car just before that happened...
look at the rear tires though... that may have been a contributing factor.

, that photo always brings tears to my eyes. Though my tears and pain pale in comparison to Phil's who put soo much into that beast of a machine.
It was Phil's - BAC5.2 car. You still see pictures of it on the dyno occasionally in the top left.

IIRC, the drivetrain lives on in a LC members car.

Hey, what's the story on those rear bucket seats??? Looks like they're pretty heavily bolstered, compared to our time-out bench back seats.

She was a fun car. I sold it to a friend, who's brother was borrowing it. His brother was drunk, and the story goes that he smacked a curb on an onramp in WV. That snapped the right rear strut.
Kept driving. Then skidded sideways and rolled down a ditch.
Everyone who had driven that car was shocked it rolled. It stuck like glue. Those were 225/45/17 RE070's. Sticky tires. Stiff suspension. It was a hell of a car. I doubt I'll have a car as fun as that for a long time, if ever again.
