Is this plug and play? I'd love the ability to control my recirc and AC without Subarus stupid profiles.

It did NOT work with my '91... the big fan plug is the same, but the controller plug on the back of the unit was different. I know Subaru changed most of the plugs in the car on the '92 and up model years, but I can't say for sure, as I have not seen the back of a newer USDM unit. I will post another picture of the plug in question.
I believe the HVAC equipment is the same across the board in all markets, this controller was the only difference, so it should work if you have the matching plug, otherwise you'll have to find the wiring chart and do some splicing.
