Gauge pod? Plexy Glass!

Hey I had an accelorometer i needed to mount tightly, out of the way. What I found was the spot Above the rear view mirror!

I didn't have any nice metal around to cut and bend that would still be stiff so i used plexy glass. HAHA its a Plexyglass menu holder off a restraunt table.......

any way here's some pics, any questions just ask!

I like the plexy mount. That's pretty ingenious.

Plexy is pretty decent to work with. Heat up, shape it, and it hardens again. So you can get some intricate shapes/bends relatively easy.

for felt... Walmart has a crapload of it. i redid the felt in the space right below the stereo... its niiiice and soft, and has been for well over 2 years.

Great idea on the plexi mount. Now I've got to find something to mount up there....
