Will 15x6.5 rims with 205/60/15 et 35 fit on my 94 Legacy wagon at stock ride height?

yeah with that offset the tires will be all up on the fenders. And it will handle weird, have some torque steer issues and tramline and stuff. Oh, and the wheel bearings won't be happy either.
