I don't know how many miles are on it but it starts to slip if I give it too much throttle at 2,000 RPM's. This is really annoying when I'm in 5th. But as a daily driver I guess she's OK. which is kinda pushing it but does this sound bad to any of you ??? I'm think of a Beck Arnley clutch because the motor is pretty stock. What would you guys recommend ? Thanks a million.

Welcome,
1) Drive it till you cant, best use of your money. HOWEVER, in the meantime, work on getting your parts so when it does go, your prepared.
2) Upgrade, I picked up an "02 WRX flywheel, and pressure plate with bearing for $80 and less than 14k on it, added a stage one disc for a little more off ebay and bobs your uncle.
3) Think ahead. If your going to go crazy on the HP in the next 6 to 18 months then get the parts to meet your future needs.
4) SEARCH, there is soooooo much info on this subject that you really dont need to ask much. There is an answer to suite any situation you can think of. AND of course you can ask me, I did this in my driveway with a very basic set of tools and no prior experience with a AWD drive train or non-modular clutch.
Good luck,
Ben

If it starts slipping too badly, you run the risk of being stranded. It happened in my 93 Ford Ranger and it was on the verge of happening in my Forester. The clutch was so dead, I couldn't get the car onto our alignment rack.
