17x8s?

Anyone running 17x8 rims? I've got a set of TSW trackstars that are 17x8 with a 50mm offset thats I'd like to put on my car but i don't know if its worth the time and I can't test fit them because my car is at a shop waiting for me to rebuild the engine...

Im running 17x8's on my Legacy
48 offset with 225/45/17 tires
Im running a 10m rear spacer.

so your runnning 10mm spacer in the rear did you have to roll the fenders any or did they just fit in with the spacer

I've got 17x7s on my '93 and I had a rubbing problem after I lowered it. So, I had to get a grinder and grind off the inner lip that folds inward toward the tire. I then sealed it with some RTV.

I had to roll the lip on the rear fenders.
Im lowered on STI Struts with Tenabe Lowering Springs.
