EJ22T basic stock specs

Whew, it's been a while since I've come around. my brother still has his 1992 Winestone L+ AWD 5MT sedan (50,000 original miles!), but I sold my 90 White L+ AWD 5MT wagon and am now driving a 1992 Infiniti G20 5MT with around 180k mi. I swapped the motor for a JDM SR20DE when the old one died, but I'm planning on going SR20VE (uses a system similar to VTEC or AWCS to get about 195 chp out of an NA 2.0 liter) in the near future.
I'm now a regular over at G20.net, and one of the guys there wants to get 200 whp out of a stock 9.5:1 SR20DE with about 6 psi on a T28. The catch is, he wants to do it without an intercooler. Since the Legacy Turbo was one of the few cars I know of that ran unintercooled stock, I was wondering what kind of specs the engine has. What was the stock compression ratio, and what was the stock boost level? I'm skeptical that this guy can manage to reach anywhere near 200whp without upping the boost and getting detonation, but need a reference point on another car before I can say for sure.
Thanks!
P.S. BTW, you guys would be jealous -- a guy by the name of Calum has figured out a way to hack the stock SR20 ECU (both OBDI and OBDII versions, for the Sentra/200SX, NX2000, and G20) with a daughterboard, and the result is a completely real-time-tunable ECU that is also plug and play. Even better, it's only $300! He's even coming out with a new version soon that will have launch control and high-voltage external RPM triggers.
