Can't hold boost.

Search function enabled, not too much info related to my issue at hand.
Scenario: (91 t-leg) Finally finished installed my apexi s-afc, and greddy e-01 boost controller last night (left over from my wrx). I am de-snorked, awaiting my 06 intercooler, so I was just trying to go to 10psi. Start dialing everything in, adjust my idle, make sure I'm safe with the s-afc. Go out for a test drive, boost will spike around 9.5psi and then just drop off to wastegate pressure, meanwhile the greddy bcs is reading 100% duty cycle, with no change in boost. I think the car may have been doing this before the attempted adding of boost, however I just don't think it was as noticeable with lower boost levels. I'm going to put a vacuum pump on the wastegate to see if it holds any vacuum, I think I may have a problem with the diaphram. Anyone else have any similar experiences?
Also I was wondering if anyone else has been running/has run the apexi s-afc on thier t-leg, I would like to talk to you about your results!
Thanks for reading!
