Oil Filler Cap Fittament and crank pulley

as for the oil filler cap, are these all the same? like one from a 02 WRX would fit on my Legacy? or my XT or whatever?

a dude i know has a cobb oil filler cap he doesnt want... curious if it will fit.
also curious about a crank pulley from a WRX going onto my legacy....
