See what I found in the boneyard today while looking for my pull shade. I didn't know we got a GX. I also didn't know they had the "turbo frontend"

I've seen a couple GXs, but don't know what they are. Wonder what happened with the Alpine Sport - looks like recent rear quarter work. They junked the car with the plate?

I can't wait until my Mazda is in a junk yard like that, the POS.

well you have a 1990 so you need new fenders lights grill hood etc.

Yeah, that 2.2 GX should have (or at least had) side skirts on it. I want to say GX's had the rear bumper skirt as well, but don't quote me on that.

yeah, i'd have to make another trip though. you wouldn't want it i don't think. the badge is missing.

actually I was wanting it to do a custom grill so wouldn't need a badge as long as the mounting.... studs where allright. Last one I looked at looked like it had been removed from the car with a crowbar.

The badges are destroyed, and this is where the side skirts are coming from. I just have to get past the hornets in the driver's door. any suggestions for death spray to bring to prevent me from getting stung?

honestly just bring a something w/ you when you go and swing at them.

bring some wasp killer too, Raid works i guess and it works from like 20 ft away.

Yeah, the 20' spray is good. Get the loose ones, get in close and soak the nest, and watch for returning stragglers for a few minutes. After that, take it down with a stick or something and stomp it so they won't return (or get angry seeing all their dead buddies). I think when they see the nest gone, they go away, what they have of a brain switching gears to get them to do something else, but if the nest is there, they'll see the death and come looking for whoever is close. That's what I've seen with the Yellow Jackets that were in the dumpster when I was tearing down my mother's burnt-out house. Fucker got me, too. At least I found out I'm not allergic. Actually didn't hurt that bad or for too long.
