What is wrong with the Monkeymobile?

Just started getting a bit of oil smoke out the exhaust the other day.
It doesn't run rough at all, just the smoke. Smokes a good bit at idle, as well as when I am moving.
There is a pretty good bit of oil in the intake manifold, and what seems like an excessive amount of blowby in the intercooler.
Pulled the DP, and there doesn't seem to be any shaft play in the turbo.
There was enough oil in the exhaust that it was dripping from the turbo->DP gasket onto the passenger's side CV boot.
Replaced the PCV valve, to no effect.
Compression numbers are all 148-150 PSI. The plugs all had a uniform amount of oil on them (not a great deal, but just enough to be noticeable as oil).
Coolant and oil look to be free of contaminants. No fuel or coolant in the oil and no oil in the coolant.
Any ideas? I was hoping just HG, but the oil in the intake manifold seems a bit excessive for that. Hoping the turbo (since I have a 16G waiting to go in), but there is NO noticeable shaft play.
