So I'm putting my engine back in my car and I cannot remember where the 2 vacuum lines go. I'm talking about the two lines coming from the purge control solenoid itself. I think one goes up to the throttle body, but where does the other one go?

To a hard line under the intake manifold. The hard line runs to one of the small nipples on the charcoal canister.
