need information about exaust

i would like to know if you guy think its a good price and also know what other part i need to install this i think i need to make the piipie longer and what about the downpipe do i need to buy one of 3 inch also?
sorry for my noobyness but i never work on exaust and i am realy planning to make some ubgrade.
