EJ22T shortblock

I have an assembled ej22t shortblock (oil pan, oil pump, water pump, & idlers are on the shortblock) I got from a J/Y last year I am going to part with. The bores look to be very clean with hone marks clearly visible.
I actually left the heads @ the j/y as they are not worth a dam + I wanted to make sure the block was closed deck (which it is) & the bores looked OK (which they do).
I'm looking to get $600 for this & do not want to ship, which means pick-up arrangements have to be made (from 10455 NYC).
