FS: OH Parting out Silver 91SS

Hey guys,

Purchased this car from another member on the boards and I've stripped it of all that I wanted (rear diff, engine, ecu, wire harness)

Does anyone need anything? It's up on jackstands in my driveway ready for disassembly. Just let me know what you're looking for!

Specs: Silver with grey interior. 110K miles on the car, 4EAT with blown front diff.

Here's the orig. FS thread with pics of the car-
http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?t=37164

Thought I could help some other members out with some parts before I scrapped the car so if you're looking for anything specific, just ask.

what you asking for the trany?

have a 94 SS posted here. but if I could fix it a co worker would like it for his son's first car. not to bad for a first car. me I would have him learn to drive a stick.

we you still have it, let me know what you want for it.

be well, bepa

The car's still in the driveway. Stripping it down got put on hold due to pulling the motor out of my forester.

The tranny's pretty toast, the axle stub is popping out of the trans, hard to say if anything else got damaged, but the car did move. It turns out the hub came off the control arm. Somehow the balljoint got loose. This caused the axle to break stuff. Price all depends on if you want me to ship it or if you're picking it up!

I've been looking for this for a while, the upper trim piece to the pillar: (clickable thumb)

Would you happen to have one which isn't busted up like mine?

Yes I do. Lets see if it breaks when I try and remove it though

I need to start pulling interior parts out for people. I had another guy ask me for the drives seatbelt and sunroof motor, but I haven't had any time to pull parts! Like I said - now that my forester is all done I can get back to stripping this one down. Going to try and salvage everything and just scrap the shell.

Damn someone already asked for the sunroof motor.

Anyway what about the radio antenna and the black exterior triangular plastic trim peices that frame the rear windows?

Antenna is dead, and do you have a picture of the piece you want?

Sheesh, you guys are going to make me work this week.

Here's a pic. The plastic peice that has the chrome-ish finish showing through.

Well two because i realised I want something else too if you have it.

And the drivers side window triangle thing.

Not to plunder this thread, but those triangles can be had for brand new for only~$10. I've discovered that these are guaranteed to break due to the age and exposure to the sun constantly, you may as well get a new one.
My one mistake is I didn't check the Part # for interior color, because I guess they also came blue (DOH!) because that is the one I ordered.

Just let me a know a price on that pillar if you get it out in one piece.!
Thanks

Well it was nice enough outside that I yanked a few parts:
Pillar: Mine cracked around the bottom clip. Hard to tell if yours is worse or not.

Window trim:

They're sun faded, but they're all one piece :)
Of course, both the right and the left sides lost one clip each during removal. I did save them all and could be glued back on if anyone was still interested in the parts... Supid old plastic (top left of trim)-

And to anyone that's PM'ed me - replies out shortly!

first excuse the delay. had to finish a head replacement on a hundai. was for co-workers daughter. next my personnel connection to internet is down.

about the trany be toasted, thanks for being up front. was hoping to use it right away and sell the car. this would not work. do not have a place to remove and replace front diff at this time. police chief at work is on me right now. so I am working on his god's sons car. should help out once it is done.

the price to ship would be a hard one to get past. yet I am wondering what you would like for it. could always go the slowest way to ship and see how much it would cost.

the questions is would it be too much on your part. I am not wishing to ask to much of you. what are you asking for it and would you mine shipping it? understand either way. if you were closer I would not mind a road trip. am going to be making a trip to pitttsburg soon. just going to be pulling a trailer and the extra miles is a lot.

be well and good luck with your sales. bepa

It cries out and begs for parts to live on in other Subies! I'm making some good deals here. If you guys don't get the parts, then the JY does! I'd rather help out some members than somebody who could care less about Subarus.

So don't be afraid to ask, no part is too small (but it may be too big - shipping suxs)!

I'm looking for a steering rack for my 91' SS. By any chance do you have the rack & tie rods available, and could you tell me about their condition? Thanks!
