Hi there
I think our rear sway bars in the UK a pretty good anyway, my car will keep up with almost anything on the road round corners here in the UK, it's you guys in the US that seem to have all your suspension and sway bars set to trampoline and whale tail mode or am I just imagining things when I see your cars on telly bouncing and slewing round corners at 20 mph :p
As a wise man once said don't take life to seriously nobody gets out alive anyway

the best way to make it handle better:
start with a stiffer rear sway bar. this will help with understeer.
this would be in preference to lowering.
go to mrtrally.com.au and you will find info on handling etc.
