Bad burning smell under boost

It's been awhile since i last posted.
On my 94 Legacy SS 4ET, whenever I do full boost for a short period of time I would smell something's burning thru the air duct. This happens only when i go hard acceleration.
My boost gauge it reads ~19 psi vac and 8.7-ish under full boost so shouldn't be any turbo air leak. Besides that, I hear a steady clicking sound starting at 0psi ( or ~2900 rpm). Sounds like its coming from the boost control solenoid but is that what's causing the burning smell?
Could it be turbo oil leak?
Thanks in advance.
