No I'm not Spanish or Brazilian, or wherever Pele's from, you can probably tell Well, I thought I would put this out there to get some feedback. SPO motorsports offers an exhaust header that is made for the Impreza 2.2. It says it is made in conjunction with Borla look here http://www.spomotorsports.com/Categoriz ... erID=29792 Okay can you see where I'm going with this... The Legacy 2.2 must be similar enough for the impreza one offered here to fit, right? I guess the only difference would be how the rest of the exhaust would fit and how it would fit underneath the car. Does anyone have any experience with this, or any info that could shed light on the subject before I make a $300 mistake. Thanks.

If you have a first gen legacy 2.2 you have dual exhaust ports. The 96-99 2.2's have a single large exhaust port.

You can/should be able to get the header for the 2.5 and it should bolt right up.

The engine is the same.

email or call them if you want to know if it does indeed fit. If you order it, and it doesn't fit, you'll be a lot worse off than the price of a phone call.
