It's decision time...

ok, 1990 wagon, 2.2 auto non-turbo.

problems:
leaky sunroof,
starting to rust through in usual spots, tho not bad for it's age,
ripped front boots, so 1/2 shafts needed,
muffler needed,
a little shaky on idle at times, fairly sure its not a simple fix as i have done all the easy stuff.
occasionally, throws transmission codes, but not consistantly.
almost 200k miles...

fix? more $ coming things getting old and weak. i dont have lots of $. i will not be doing these repairs myself
sell? maybe 500 if i am lucky as it needs lots for a sticker
part out? i hear the belt movers are worth big bucks.. true?>
looking for sugestions... sticker runs out in january.
