spring sound while braking cold time is it dangerous

hello guy i have notice some spring sound while i brake winter is commong and tha past year i had heard it already few time i wonder if its dangerous. it's realy sound like a spring or something if i brake too strong on cold time i heard it more often anyone can tell me what could it be thx in advance
