MD: Wrecked but mostly 100% 92 L+ AWD 5MT sedan

My brother totalled his 92 L+ AWD 5-speed sedan last night on an onramp. The car was mechanically 100%, and only had 51,938 miles on it as of two months ago (9/26). The only rust was where a deer ran into the front right fender -- the car was garaged from birth until 2005. The only parts of the car that are damaged are the front end (hood, front fenders, lights, bumper, etc.), the airbag, and of course the frame. Everything else is intact (besides some seat wear on the driver's seat bolster). It also has a WRX shift linkage and boot customized for BC/BFs.
The accident wasn't as bad as it sounds -- my brother went off the road and ended up in a ditch. He wasn't going fast enough for the car to majorly deform -- most likely, the radiator is busted but the engine is fully intact.
This is a great opportunity for someone to get an organ-donor car for their tired engine/transmission, or a 5-speed swap, or both. There is one catch -- it would need to be picked up from a body shop in Baltimore (ZIP code 21209) tomorrow. We'd like some cash, so make us an offer.
