Hi I have a 94 Legacy LSi wagon 4spd AT with troque bind, I was wondering if i flush the transmision fluid will it fix or help with the problem?

It definitely could. Try inserting a fuse into the FWD fuse holder under the hood near the passenger side strut tower on the firewall side. See if that eliminated the torque bind. Usually if that does, a flush or a few transmission oil changes will work.
